How do I advertise with Dealio?

To advertise with Dealio please complete the venue registration form, for more information on claiming your venue please read the step by step guide.

Does it cost to advertise my venue on Dealio?

Advertising your venue and subsequent deals on Dealio is free, if we expect this to change, you will be notified.

How do I remove my venue from Dealio?

We are sorry that you want to leave us, please contact accounts@dealiodeals.co.uk to action this request.

Can I advertise multiple deals for my venue?

Absolutely! The more deals you advertise the better.

How do I change my password?

To change your password click the 'forget password' option on the login page.

How does Dealio work?

Simply undertake your venue search in the area you would like to dine to see the current active deals. Ensure you call the venue on their number provided to confirm the deal and make your booking.

Where do I report an incorrect deal?

While we strive to ensure that all deals are correct and active, please contact us at customerservices@dealiodeals.co.uk to report any incorrect deals.

How do I confirm if the deal is still active?

Please call the venue on the number provided on their page to confirm the deal and make your booking.

Why aren't there any deals in my area?

Dealio is always trying to attract new venues and we will have some in your area soon. Please check back soon for further details.

Can I use a deal more than once?

The great thing about Dealio and the service we provide, the deals are unlimited. As long as the venue are still running the deal you can reuse on every occasion if you wish subject to the venue terms and conditions!

Can I share the deals with someone?

Many of the deals are for more than one person (eg. 2-4-1 cocktails). There is also a 'share' functionality on the deals page should you wish to forward the link onto someone through messaging, emails or social media.

Do I need to use a code to redeem the deal?

No, deals are available to anyone, Dealio helps you find a deal to suit your preferences. Please contact the venue using the details in the deal page to confirm and book.

What if I arrive at the venue and the deal is no longer available?

We regularly check the deals to ensure they are up to date, however, should you find the deal is no longer available please let us know and we can update our system to prevent others having the same problem.

Do I need to book with the venue or can I do it through Dealio?

All deals are subject to venue terms and conditions, you should always check with the venue via their preferred booking system prior to arrival. Please note some of the deals require booking 48 hours in advance.

Do I need to pay for using Dealio?

Dealio is free for you to search deal of your choice, just like a search engine.

What should I do if I see a listing for a venue that I am aware has closed down or no longer has the deal?

We regularly check the deals to ensure they are up to date, however, should you notice a venue or deal is listed but are no longer operating or valid, please report it to us via the venue/deal page or by contacting customerservices@dealiodeals.co.uk and we will update or remove it from the website.

Can I search for specific venues?

Yes, specific venues can be found via the venues page.
